Palestine Girls' Heritage Club
The Palestine Girls' Heritage Club is a non-profit, social, and cultural heritage organization, established in 1965 and affiliated with the Palestine Liberation Organization.
The club is dedicated to preserving Palestinian identity and heritage by reviving and passing on the art of Palestinian embroidery (Palestinian stitch) to future generations, considering it a symbol of the land and homeland.
It also works to empower women economically and socially by providing job opportunities and free training courses in embroidery and traditional crafts. The club has a network of over 300 women working from their homes, a model that reflects its community role in supporting women and preserving authentic Palestinian heritage.
