- Shaped Cardboard Boxes

This type is used to protect and promote high-value products, such as pizza boxes and luxury food products. These boxes can easily fit into point-of-sale designs to add more value to products such as food products, flowers and confectionery products.

- Cardboard Plates

This type is especially used to protect and present fresh fruits and vegetables in an ideal way. Our product in this field meets the requirements of the market and is specially developed to meet the needs of specific customers within the market. Our solutions offer products with high resistance to stacking and ease of handling with the ability to see the content in addition to high-quality printing.

- Regular Cardboard Boxes

- Large Size Boxes

This type is used in the industrial sector that requires the transportation of heavy products that require maximum protection such as (refrigerators, washing machines, etc.).

- Cardboard strips

Reinforced cardboard sheets for an ideal cover, our investment in quality control and careful monitoring of raw materials enables us to manufacture strong and stable reinforced cardboard sheets. We offer a wide range of corrugated and multi-layered cardboard sheets.

- Cardboard dividers

Each small cardboard divider provides additional protection for the products and there are different types of cardboard dividers, inner layers and packaging materials that act as pegs inside the cardboard boxes and this is what distinguishes our products, cardboard dividers contribute to protecting and supporting the products stored within a single box and thus reduce the incidence of damage and keep the products organized and easy to use and package.

All final products and raw materials are subject to a thorough inspection process in the quality laboratory equipped with the latest equipment and technologies. This equipment provides accurate and rapid analysis that ensures that each product delivered to the customer complies with the quality standards set by Technopack.

Cardboard Printing Designs

We work closely with our clients to design and build packaging solutions that suit all the needs of the client’s product. The project starts with analyzing the product and knowing the packaging needs and usage, manufacturing and distribution requirements, marketing considerations, in addition to the time and cost factors. The capabilities and extensive experience of our design team enable us to create rapid prototypes using the most advanced tools and techniques in the field of design. These prototypes can be printed digitally or with full-size print samples, giving our clients the opportunity to see the final image of their products.

When necessary /for the manufactured cardboard product model/, a test is carried out in the quality laboratory within the Technopack factory using pressure devices and endurance testing systems to determine the maximum endurance of the carton during storage and stacking operations, taking into account product storage factors.

Demand Management:

Thanks to the automated systems and the integrated technical readiness of the production lines, we can optimally monitor all stages of the production process, which allows us to provide a real-time report of the work and enables us to control several matters such as precise manufacturing, storage details and delivery.
