Young Industrialists Committee A Renewed Vision for the Future of National Industry

The Damascus and Countryside Chamber of Industry announces the launch of the Young Industrialists Committee, an initiative aimed at empowering the new generation of Syrian industrial cadres and enhancing their leadership role in developing the industrial sector. This committee seeks to create a bridge that connects creative youth energy with the expertise of veteran industrialists within the Chamber, ensuring the continuity and development of the national industry.

The committee targets young individuals between the ages of 22 and 35 who are owners, partners, or managers in industrial facilities officially registered with the Damascus and Countryside Chamber of Industry prior to the date of this announcement. The committee's objectives center on empowering young talents and supporting innovation in various industrial fields, in addition to opening official channels for effective participation in shaping future industrial policies.

Those joining the committee will receive a package of benefits, including participation in specialized workshops and field visits, access to advanced training and development programs, as well as the opportunity to present ideas and innovative initiatives to the Chamber's Board of Directors and build an extensive network of relationships with leading experts and industrialists.
