At a gracious invitation from the Governor of Lattakia, Mr. Ahmad Mustafa, a meeting was held at the governorate headquarters with the board members of the Lattakia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, headed by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Anas Joud.At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Anas Joud and the board members extended their congratulations and blessings to the Governor on assuming his duties as Governor of Lattakia, wishing him success in fulfilling his responsibilities and serving the people of the governorate.The meeting focused on discussing the economic, service, investment, and industrial situation in Lattakia Governorate. Key challenges and available opportunities were reviewed, alongside discussing effective ways to support economic activity, improve the business environment, encourage investment, and promote local development.Furthermore, the board members of the Chamber presented a number of interventions and proposals aimed at stimulating commercial, industrial, and service activities, as well as improving the level of services provided to citizens. They emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between the public and private sectors to achieve sustainable development in the governorate.For his part, the Governor affirmed the governorate's commitment to continuous communication with economic entities, listening to their proposals, and following up on issues of concern to traders, industrialists, and investors.
