The Federation of Syrian Chambers of Industry Specifies the Deadline for Submitting Exemption Applications for Damaged Facilities Under Decree No. 69 of 2026
Based on the Ministry of Finance / Directorate General of Taxes and Fees letter No. 33/3/4854 ص, dated June 7, 2026, the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Industry informs industrialists of the application period to benefit from the provisions of Decree No. 69 of 2026. This decree pertains to the exemption of facilities damaged during the past years, covering the period from March 15, 2011, until December 8, 2024.
The submission window is set for 120 days starting from the date these executive instructions are published in the Official Gazette. Applications are to be submitted at the Hama Finance Directorate.
