The pavilion of the Syrian Arab Republic concluded its participation in the "Beauty Istanbul 2026" exhibition amid significant turnout from Arab and foreign visitors, as well as a notable official presence. This reflects the growing interest in Syrian industries and products within the cosmetics and chemical industries sectors.On its final day, the Syrian pavilion hosted His Excellency Dr. Khaled al-Hindawi, Consul of the Syrian Arab Republic in Istanbul. He was received by Eng. Wafaa Abu Labdeh, board member of the Damascus and Countryside Chamber of Industry and head of the Chemical Sector; Mr. Karim al-Khoja, member of the Chamber's office; and Mr. Mohammad Imad al-Molawi, board member of the Rural Damascus Chamber of Commerce, alongside representatives of the participating industrial companies.During the visit, discussions were held with company representatives regarding the importance of the Syrian industry's presence in specialized international exhibitions. They highlighted the role of such participation in boosting the reach of national products and opening new markets for Syrian industrialists.The Syrian pavilion also welcomed a delegation from the "Beauty Istanbul" management, who expressed their appreciation for the level of Syrian participation this year. They voiced their hope for even broader participation from Syrian industrial companies in the next edition, following the success and attention the pavilion garnered during the exhibition days.It is worth noting that five Syrian industrial companies participated in the exhibition, organized by the Damascus and Countryside Chamber of Industry. This step aims to strengthen the presence of Syrian products in regional and international markets and to showcase the quality and competitiveness of national industries
