The General Administration of Industry in Adra Industrial City, under the Ministry of Economy and Industry, announces a public auction via direct contact (for the second time - at top speed) for investing in various facilities and properties. This includes retail shops, basements, the sports hall, yards, prefabricated rooms, and any investable location across all sectors of Adra Industrial City.
The announcement outlines the following conditions and deadlines for participants:

Initial Deposit: 50,000 SYP only, payable via a certified check endorsed to Adra Industrial City, or through a receipt issued by the Industrial City's fund.

Final Deposit: 10% of the annual contract value multiplied by the investment duration.

Investment Duration: 3 (three) years.

Bidding Method: Bidding is restricted exclusively to the annual investment return.

Bidder Commitment: The nominated bidder remains committed to their offer for 10 calendar days starting from the date they are notified of the award decision.

Submission of Applications: Applications for participation, accompanied by temporary deposits, must be submitted to the Adra Industrial City registry office by the end of official working hours on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
