Official Notice to Investors in Adra Industrial City for Settlement of Waste Management Dues
Urgent Notice: To the Esteemed Investors of Adra Industrial City
Subject: Settlement of Outstanding Dues for Waste Removal Services.
With reference to the contracts legally concluded between the Management of Adra Industrial City and the investors regarding the provision of waste collection, transport, and disposal services,
And pursuant to the following legal and regulatory frameworks:

The provisions of Law No. (49) of 2004.

The clauses of the signed contracts with investors.
-
The administrative regulations and instructions in force within the Industrial City.
All investors are hereby requested to promptly visit the Management of the Industrial City (Environment Department) within a maximum period of (15) days from the date of receiving this notification.
The purpose of this attendance is to settle all outstanding financial balances and dues owed by you for waste removal services, in order to avoid any subsequent legal or administrative measures.
