Ministry of Economy and Industry Decides to Settle the Status of Industrial City Plots and Restore Investors' Rights
The Ministry of Economy and Industry has issued a decree to settle the legal and financial status of separated industrial city plots. The Ministry approved the cancellation of previous separation decisions, returning these plots to their original owners or compensating them with alternative plots.
According to the decree, the insurance amount will be deducted as specified in the investors' contracts, while ensuring that all amounts actually paid up to the date of the decree are recognized as vested rights. The plots will be re-allocated based on Investment System No. 432 of 2025 and the prices set by the Ministry. The new plot area will be calculated after deducting the square meters already covered by previous payments
