Today, the activities of the monthly family shopping festival "Made in Syria 2026" kicked off in the city of Jayroud, Rif-Dimashq Governorate, behind the Girls’ High School. The opening was attended by Engineer Bilal Sakhr, Director of the Al-Qutayfah District, Engineer Nidal Al-Abdullah, Chairman of the Jayroud City Council, and Engineer Mohammad Ayman Al-Mawlawi, Chairman of the Damascus and Rif-Dimashq Chamber of Industry, alongside several economic and social figures and local residents.The festival, organized by the Damascus and Rif-Dimashq Chamber of Industry in cooperation with the Jayroud City Council, will run until July 5, 2026. This event is part of the Chamber's ongoing efforts to support national industry and enhance the presence of Syrian products in local markets. By providing a direct platform that connects producers with consumers, the festival aims to stimulate commercial activity and drive demand for high-quality local products offered at competitive prices.The festival features a wide variety of national products representing various industrial sectors. This offers consumers the opportunity to secure their needs directly from the producer to the consumer, which helps strengthen trust in national products and supports the continuity of the production process.The "Made in Syria" festival is considered one of the key economic initiatives by the Damascus and Rif-Dimashq Chamber of Industry. It aims to expand marketing channels for industrialists and revive local markets, positively impacting economic activity and local development across various Syrian regions
