Today marked the launch of the free training course organized by the Roya Association in cooperation with the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, titled "Effective Communication Skills."During the first day's sessions, trainer Mr. Mohammed Ali Ayash covered the definition, concept, and types of communication, how to deal with customers, and the pillars of communication, negotiation, and persuasion. He also discussed the elements of verbal and non-verbal communication, merchant-customer communication with a focus on building trust, and communication models and attraction techniques.The three-day course is being held at the headquarters of the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It aims to build the capacities of young people and equip them with effective communication, dialogue management, negotiation, and commercial persuasion skills, while linking customers to the labor market and ensuring proper business interactions.The activities of the first day were attended by the Vice President of the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Yusuf Al-Masalmeh, the Chamber’s Secretary, Mr. Mohammed Al-Omari, the Chamber’s Director, Mr. Ahmed Kharmandi, alongside a coordination and supervision team from the Roya Association.It is worth noting that the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry had previously signed a memorandum of understanding with the Roya Association to provide free training courses for entrepreneurs, youth, and small business owners
