Launch of the First Syrian-Emirati Investment Forum in Damascus to Explore Economic Cooperation
The activities of the first Syrian-Emirati Investment Forum commenced today at the Ebla Cham Hotel in rural Damascus. Organized by the Syrian Investment Agency, the forum aims to explore horizons for investment and economic cooperation between the two nations.
The event was attended by several ministers and a high-level Emirati delegation, including UAE Minister of Trade Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi and Omar Habtour Al Darei, Chairman of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, and Zakat, alongside prominent Emirati and Syrian businessmen.
The Aleppo Chamber of Industry participated with a delegation led by Mr. Imad Taha Al-Qasim, Chairman of the Chamber, and Mr. Muayyad Najjar, Director General of the Cotton Organization.
