Damascus — The President of the Syrian Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Mr. Alaa Omar Al-Ali, received a joint delegation from the Irbid Chamber of Commerce and the Rif Dimashq Chamber of Commerce. The meeting was attended by the Federation's Treasurer and the President of the Deraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Nashat Al-Rifai, following the signing of a twinning agreement between the Rif Dimashq and Irbid chambers.During the meeting, the President of the Irbid Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Mohammed Al-Shouha, presented honorary shields to both Mr. Al-Ali and Mr. Al-Rifai. He praised Al-Rifai's prominent role in supporting economic cooperation and strengthening partnerships between the private sectors of the two sister countries.The attendees emphasized the depth of the fraternal and economic relations between both nations. They highlighted the importance of activating partnerships among businessmen to revitalize trade, noting that the Deraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry had also signed a similar twinning agreement with the Irbid Chamber a few months ago
