To the members of the General Assembly of the Lattakia Chamber of Commerce & Industry:
Based on the provisions of the Syrian Chambers Regulation Law No. 8 of 2020, the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber are pleased to invite you to attend the Ordinary Annual General Assembly Meeting. The meeting will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the Sea View Hotel hall in Lattakia.
In the event that a legal quorum is not met at the specified time, a second meeting will be held one hour later (at 1:00 PM), and the session shall be considered legally valid regardless of the number of attendees.
Meeting Agenda:

Discussing the Board of Directors' report on its activities during the year 2025.

Approval of the final accounts for the year 2025 and the estimated budget for 2026.

Discussing any other emerging matters.
