General Assembly Invitation
The Board of Directors of the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry has the honor
To invite you to attend the annual ordinary General Assembly meeting, scheduled to be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the hall of the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Daraa, Hanano Street. In the event that a quorum is not reached for the session at the first scheduled time, the second and final meeting will be held at 12:00 PM on the same day, Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
To discuss the following agenda:

Hearing, discussing, and approving the Board of Directors' report on its activities during the year 2025.

Reviewing and approving the final accounts (the balance sheet for the years 2024 - 2025).

Reviewing and approving the estimated budget for the year 2026.

Discharging the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors from liability.

Selecting an auditor for the Chamber for the year 2026 and determining their fees.

Determining the annual subscription fees for merchants and industrialists for the year 2027.

Any updates presented by the Board and any topics of interest to the Chamber of Commerce suggested by the attendees.
