Industrial-Educational Cooperation: Mechatronics Students on a Training Visit to Kajoun Group in Hama
Within the framework of coordination efforts between the Hama Chamber of Industry and the Directorate of Education in Hama, Kajoun Group for Industry and Trade welcomed "Dual Education" students specializing in Mechatronics.
The visit was held under the patronage and direct supervision of Mr. Assad Muhammad Kajoun, Chairman of the Hama Chamber of Industry and Director General of the Group. The event was attended by Mr. Ahmed Al-Saadi, Director of the Dual Education Office at the Hama Education Directorate, along with the supervisory delegation.
The objective of the visit was clear: to introduce students to production lines and machinery, providing them with the opportunity to participate in real practical and training experiments. During their time within the industrial work environment, students closely observed how production lines are managed and trained on technical tasks directly related to their field of study.
These visits are part of the Chamber’s plan to bridge the gap between vocational education and the labor market, aiming to qualify students who are capable of production from day one. The attached photos document moments of training and observation inside the facility
