Head of Aleppo Chamber of Industry: Tax Prepayment for Importing Industrialists to be Reduced Soon
Mr. Emad Taha Al-Qassem, President of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, confirmed the imminent issuance of a decision to reduce the tax prepayment for importing industrialists. The rate is set to decrease from 2% to no more than 1% of the import invoice value, as part of government measures to support the national industry.
The President of the Chamber noted that this decision marks a "positive beginning" and is a continuation of measures aimed at supporting labor and production while easing the financial burdens on industrialists. He added that the Chamber is working closely with relevant ministries and authorities to achieve these goals
