W A R N I N G
This announcement serves as a final warning to the industrialists in the Industrial City of Adra.
Based on the Decision of the Director of Industrial Cities and Zones No. 3469 / S M S dated 17 / 5 / 2026, which grants a final opportunity for defaulting industrialists to settle their status in accordance with Decision No. /823/ dated 14 / 4 / 2026, the Administration of the Industrial City confirms the following:
1- All defaulting industrialists covered by the decision are requested to review the Administration of the Industrial City to choose one of the following two options:

First: In case of desire for completion and operation:

A- Submit a written pledge before the Notary Public.

B- Submit a timeline for bringing the facility into production.

Second: In case of desire to sell or waive the plot:

The basic conditions related to the sale must be completed in accordance with the aforementioned decision for defaulting industrialists within a maximum period of three months from the date of the issuance of the decision, under penalty of applying the rules and laws in force in case of non-compliance.
