First and foremost, we express our gratitude to Hama Governorate for its prompt response and its commitment to supporting the industrial sector.

The Hama Chamber of Industry has recently received numerous inquiries and communications from its affiliated industrialists, highlighting the difficulties they face in completing construction works and fulfilling regulatory requirements within the previously set deadline, related to construction permits for plots in the expansion area, which was scheduled to end in June 2026.

In line with its role in representing industrialists, the Chamber collected and studied these concerns and submitted an official request to Hama Governorate, seeking an extension of the deadline until the end of the current year.

Today, approval has been officially granted to extend the deadline until the end of 2026, reflecting the Governorate’s understanding of the actual challenges faced by industrialists.

The Hama Chamber of Industry considers this decision an important step that provides significant support to industrialists and enables them to complete their projects in compliance with regulations.

The Chamber also extends its appreciation to all those who contributed to this achievement and reaffirms its commitment to continuing efforts that serve and support the industrial sector in Hama
