We extend our warmest greetings to you. Reference is made to our official letter No. (145/2026) dated April 16, 2026, which includes the Executive Office’s decision to approve the extension of the deadline specified in Resolution No. (438/3) until the end of June 2026.
We wish to draw your attention to the fact that the remaining time to complete the requirements for industrial expansion is becoming limited. In order to preserve your licensing rights and ensure that you are not subject to any administrative penalties, we strongly urge you to:

Commence Immediately: Start construction and foundation works for expansion projects, even if done gradually, in a manner consistent with your current capabilities.

Invest the Remaining Time: Make full use of the remaining period (until the end of 2026).
We kindly request you to take the necessary actions and proceed to your sites to initiate practical construction procedures, even at the minimum level, to safeguard your industrial achievements and rights.
