Decree No. 638 of the Syrian Ministry of Finance Regarding the Extension of Tax Return Submission Deadlines for Industrialists for 2026

Minister of Finance,
Based on the provisions of Article /13/ of the Income Tax Law No. /24/ of 2003 and its amendments;
The provisions of Law No. /41/ dated 31/12/2007 and its amendments;
The provisions of Presidential Decree No. /9/ of 2025;
And the new requests submitted by industrialists.
Decides the following:
Article 1: The deadline for submitting tax returns for the year /2025/ costs for taxpayers covered by the provisions of Clause /2/ of Paragraph /A/ of Article /13/ of the Income Tax Law No. /24/ of 2003 and its amendments—whose submission deadline was originally 31/03/2026—is hereby extended. This is a second additional extension, added to the period granted by Decision No. /409/ G.O. dated 12/03/2026, for a duration of (21) days, ending on Thursday, 21/05/2026.
Article 2: This decision shall be communicated to those concerned for implementation.
