Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Invites Damaged Facilities to Apply for Benefits Under Legislative Decree No. (69)
The Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry issued an official invitation to industrialists and owners of economic and industrial facilities that sustained various damages, urging them to submit applications to benefit from the privileges granted under Legislative Decree No. (69).
The Chamber explained in its joint circular, signed by Secretary Mohammad Awad Al-Omari and Chamber President Nashat Khaled Al-Rifai, that the targeted category includes owners of facilities damaged during the period from March 15, 2011, until Liberation Day on December 8, 2024.
The circular indicated that the benefits apply to individuals and facilities that meet the provisions of Article (2) and the conditions of Decree (69), in accordance with the executive regulations issued for its implementation.
The Chamber called on those concerned to expedite the submission of the required documents, papers, and proofs as specified by the executive regulations decision. Applications are to be submitted directly to the Directorate of Finance, with the Chamber expressing its sincere wishes for success, progress, and prosperity for the economic sector in the governorate
