During its regular monthly meeting held today, chaired by Mr. Nashat Al-Rifai, the Board of Directors of the Daraa Chamber of Commerce and Industry discussed the chamber's current operations and several issues of interest to merchants, industrialists, and investors. The board emphasized the importance of continuing to accelerate the processing of visitors' transactions and providing services with ease and flexibility within the chamber.It was noted that prior coordination with the chamber is required regarding the organization of any commercial exhibitions in the governorate. Additionally, the board stressed the importance of partnership with the chamber to submit proposals concerning the industrial city that has been approved for establishment in the Al-Nujaih area.The council ratified a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the chamber and the Ruya Association, which aims to provide free training courses for entrepreneurs, youth, and small business owners; noting that a course on effective communication skills is currently underway within this cooperation framework. Furthermore, it approved another MoU between the chamber and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority.Finally, the board members reviewed the rental values of commercial shops located within the chamber's building in Daraa city. They proposed communicating with the tenants to reach an understanding regarding the reassessment of those rental fees
