Damascus Countryside Chamber of Industry Prepares for "SYREX" B2B Exhibition in Jeddah
Mr. Anas Traboulsi, Board Member of the Damascus & Damascus Countryside Chamber of Industry and Head of the Exhibitions Committee, held a coordination meeting with the Chamber’s administrative staff, including coordinators for industrial sectors and exhibitions. The meeting was attended by Mr. Karim Al-Khoja, a member of the Chamber’s Bureau.
The meeting comes as part of intensive preparations for the launch of the "SYREX" Exhibition, a B2B platform dedicated to showcasing Syrian products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Participants discussed the outlines of the exhibition’s marketing plan and execution mechanisms to ensure a distinguished presence for Syrian industries in the Saudi market.
Attendees also explored several innovative ideas to enhance effective promotion for participating industrial companies and expand their consumer reach, keeping pace with the latest international marketing and exhibition techniques.
Furthermore, the meeting reviewed logistical arrangements, including shipping procedures, pavilion organization, and coordination with relevant authorities in Jeddah to ensure full readiness before the event begins.
During the session, Mr. Anas Traboulsi emphasized the importance of "SYREX" as a strategic platform to support national industry and bolster the international presence of Syrian products. He stressed the necessity of teamwork to ensure the success of this event and achieve its economic and promotional goals.
The SYREX Exhibition is scheduled to launch on August 17, 2026, in Jeddah, representing a qualitative opportunity to open new markets and strengthen commercial ties with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
