Damascus Countryside Chamber of Industry Outlines New Marketing Policy for SEREX Jordan 2026
In an effort to strengthen regulatory partnerships and elevate the international marketing of national products, an extensive meeting was held at the Damascus Countryside Chamber of Industry (DCCI) headquarters. The meeting was attended by Board Member Mr. Anas Traboulsi, DCCI Director Mr. Wassim Saad, and executive directors from Al-Masri Exhibitions, Al-Tamimi International Exhibitions, and Jibreen Group.
The meeting aimed to establish the key pillars of a new operational policy following the signing of the agreement's supplementary annex. It was decided to collaborate with "Al-Masri & Partners" and "Al-Tamimi Expo" to manage the exhibition's marketing file, building on recent positive results.
The committee approved notifying the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Industry and all regional chambers regarding the official launch of the "SEREX" exhibition in Jordan. The event is scheduled for its new dates from July 8 to 13, 2026. Additionally, a plan for field visits across Syrian provinces was launched to expand the base of participating industrialists.
Regarding media strategy, the partnership with "Teryaq" as a media partner was discussed, emphasizing that all promotional content must be restricted to official "SEREX" social media platforms to ensure a unified media message.
Mr. Anas Traboulsi emphasized allocating prominent pavilions for the Syrian M
inistry of Economy and its affiliated institutions (The General Establishment for Exhibitions and the Authority for Supporting Local Production and Exports). Furthermore, marketing for the Ministry of Tourism’s pavilion will be prioritized to keep pace with recent developments. A unified stand representing the Chamber and the Federation will also be established.
Participants also agreed to organize a series of specialized conferences and lectures during the exhibition days, alongside coordinating future commercial facilities for participants in cooperation with traders from the Aqaba Economic Zone
