In a move aimed at empowering national talent and infusing the industrial sector with new expertise, the Damascus Countryside Chamber of Industry (DCCI) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Finn Church Aid (FCA). This agreement aims to build a sustainable bridge between vocational education outcomes and the rapidly evolving requirements of industrial facilities.
The agreement was signed at the Chamber's headquarters in the presence of Eng. Muhammad Ayman Al-Moulawi, Chairman of the Chamber, and Mr. Mazen Al-Khuzouz, Country Director for FCA in Syria and Jordan. Both parties emphasized the importance of investing in human capital as a fundamental pillar for economic advancement
