Damascus and its Countryside Chamber of Industry Participates in the Opening of the "Food Syria 360" Exhibition with 18 Countries Attending
The Damascus and its Countryside Chamber of Industry, represented by Eng. Muhammad Ayman Al-Mawlawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Iyad Betinjaneh, Board Member, participated in the opening of the Food Syria 360 exhibition. The event featured 120 local, Arab, and foreign companies from 18 countries and took place at the Damascus International Fairground. The opening was attended by Mr. Mohammad Hamza, Director General of International Fairs and Markets, Mr. Mohammad Al-Miqdad, Assistant Minister of Agriculture, along with several ambassadors.
Eng. Muhammad Ayman Al-Mawlawi and Mr. Iyad Betinjaneh also took part in a panel discussion titled "Rebuilding the Agricultural Production Base in Syria and Linking it with Various Factories to Achieve Added Value and Contribute to Exporting These Products Globally." This session was held on the sidelines of the exhibition, which features multiple panel discussions throughout its run.
The exhibition, organized by Evex Events and Pyramids Group, will continue until the 3rd of this month. It showcases modern and precision agricultural technologies, irrigation systems, seeds, food processing machinery, packaging, and finished food products. The event provides a vital platform connecting farmers with Syrian and regional producers, distributors, international suppliers, and investors to build genuine partnerships that support farmers and industrialists while driving development, innovation, sustainability, and food security
