As a continuation of the executive steps aimed at activating the "Young Industrialists Committee," the headquarters of the Damascus and Countryside Chamber of Industry hosted the second phase of face-to-face interviews with a number of young male and female industrialists who applied to join the committee. This step reflects a strong commitment to empowering young talents and developing the industrial sector.The meetings were attended by Engineer Mohamed Ayman Al-Mawlawi, President of the Chamber; Mr. Karim Al-Khoja, Chamber Board Member and Head of the Committee; Mr. Osama Al-Hamwi, Chamber Board Member; and Mr. Wasim Saad, Director of the Chamber. These interviews provided an initial and productive platform for dialogue, where discussions focused on finding common ground to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainable development within the sector. This aims to build a promising generation of young industrialists capable of leading the upcoming phase and overcoming future investment and industrial challenges
