Data released by the Chamber revealed that the volume of trade exchange between Syria and the United Arab Emirates achieved a significant leap, reaching $1.3 billion. The Syrian market has also witnessed a steady increase in the presence of Emirati companies and investments. Consequently, the UAE consolidates its position as one of the most important trade partners for the Syrian Arab Republic and a major transit gateway for the flow of Syrian exports to regional and global markets.
