Today, Mr. Emad Taha Al-Qasim, Chairman of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, along with Engineer Abdul Jabbar Zaidan, Director of Industry, and Ali Hantoush, representative of the Ministry of Economy and Industry, inspected the collapsed building site in Al-Shaqif district. They followed up on the debris removal operations and listened to civil defense personnel regarding the efforts made to rescue the workers who were engaged in restoring and reinforcing the building.The Chairman of the Chamber of Industry confirmed that this unfortunate accident resulted in the death of two workers, while three other workers were rescued and hospitalized. He expressed his condolences for the deceased and wished a speedy recovery for the injured. Furthermore, he emphasized the strict necessity of halting any construction activities prior to obtaining the required technical permits and conducting proper engineering studies to prevent such tragic incidents in the future
