An Academic-Industrial Partnership: Hama University Students Visit the Production Lines of Al-Ahlia Vegetable Oil Company

In line with ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between university education and practical, real-world application, and through direct coordination between the Hama Chamber of Industry, the Directorate of Industry, the Presidency of Hama University, and the Deanship of the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, fourth-year students from the Department of Design and Production Engineering conducted a scientific field visit to the production lines of Al-Ahlia Vegetable Oil Company (JSC).

The tour allowed students to closely observe the technical, manufacturing, and operational stages within the factory, as well as production mechanisms and quality management systems. This experience directly complements their academic curriculum and prepares them to enter the labor market with a solid foundation of practical knowledge. Through these continuous joint activities, the Hama Chamber of Industry reaffirms its steadfast commitment to supporting young engineering talents and supplying the industrial sector with qualified national expertise capable of keeping pace with modern technological advancements.
