The Aleppo Chamber of Industry participated in the launching ceremony of the new visual identity and the One-Stop Shop service for the Syrian Arab Organization for Standardization and Metrology. The event was held in Damascus under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy and Industry, with a broad official, diplomatic, and economic attendance.The Chamber's delegation included Mr. Imad Taha Al-Qassem (Chairman of the Chamber of Industry), Mr. Mohammad Kadan (Vice Chairman of the Chamber), Mr. Ramez Ghajar (Treasurer of the Chamber), and Mr. Mohammad Zizan (Member of the Chamber's Board of Directors).In a press statement, the Chairman of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry stated that the Chamber's participation in this event stems from recognizing the vital role of the Standards and Metrology Organization. This is particularly crucial regarding the application of standard specifications to imports and exports, which enhances the competitiveness of the national product and prevents non-compliant imports from entering local markets
