The Syrian Association for International Freight and Logistics held its annual meeting today, with the participation of Mr. Imad Taha Al-Qasim, President of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, and Mr. Mohammad Zizan, Board Member of the Chamber.During the meeting, the President of the Chamber of Industry emphasized the vital importance of the freight and logistics sector as a core pillar for industry, production, export, and securing raw materials. He highlighted the urgent need to provide incentives for freight companies, focusing on developing and organizing shipping operations, upgrading truck fleets, and improving logistical services.Mr. Manhal Al-Fares, Director General of the Export Development and Support Authority, noted that Syrian export volumes have increased significantly over the past period.
