Adra Industrial City Reviews its Licensing Report for the First Half of 2026
The management of Adra Industrial City has reviewed its official report on construction and facility licenses issued and executed during the first half of 2026. The data reveals significant growth in both productive and investment activities.
According to the Technical Department's Licensing Division, a total of 503 licenses were processed for industrial plots during this period. This surge reflects a major expansion in construction and industrial development, driven by simplified administrative procedures and streamlined services for investors.
The issued, renewed, and completed licenses are distributed as follows:
-
Newly Granted Licenses: 186 licenses
-
Renewed Licenses: 219 licenses
-
Completed/Supplemented Licenses: 98 licenses
These achievements are strongly backed by a series of development projects launched by the city administration earlier this year, including opening new plots for subscription and upgrading critical infrastructure such as electricity networks, roads, and sewage systems
