The Hama Chamber of Industry, represented by Dr. Ahmed Kurdi, Director of the Training and Qualification Center, and Mr. Haitham Al-Qatranji, Director of Training Programs and Projects at the Chamber's Center, participated in panel discussions held during a delegation visit from the German Jordanian University to Hama University.The discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between academic institutions and the productive sector. This cooperation aims to identify current industrial needs and align educational outcomes with labor market requirements.Participants also emphasized the importance of developing vocational and technical education. They highlighted it as a fundamental pillar to support the industry during the reconstruction phase and to boost economic development.This participation is part of supporting initiatives that build effective partnerships between education and the industrial sector.
