On Wednesday, August 12, 2026, a delegation from the Arab Federation for Leather Industries, headed by the Secretary-General of the Federation, Mr. Samer Abdul Jalil Ramadan, visited the Industrial City of Marea. The delegation held a meeting with industrialists at the management headquarters in Marea. The meeting was attended by the Director of Marea Industry, Mr. Mohammad Sharif Hafez, along with members of the Marea Chamber of Industry committee.During the meeting, the President of the Federation explained modern methods for production development and strategies for linking with foreign markets, particularly with Arab countries. He also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the Federation and local economic entities. At the conclusion of the visit, the Secretary-General of the Federation presented a commemorative shield to the Director of Marea Industry, Mr. Mohammad Sharif Hafez, in appreciation of his efforts
