The Damascus and Suburbs Chamber of Industry, in cooperation with the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, announced the launch of the new identity for its specialized textile exhibitions under the name "Syria Tex" for the Autumn/Winter 2026-2027 season. This comes as an extension of the successive successes achieved by the previous "Khan Al-Harir" and "Motex" exhibition series.The exhibition launches with a new strategic vision that aims to transform the event from a local display platform into an integrated export platform. This initiative seeks to reposition Syrian textile products on the global trade map and open new international markets for local industries.The organizers have scheduled the exhibition to take place from September 23 to 26, 2026.The upcoming edition will feature a package of technical and organizational updates to facilitate the participation of industrialists. Most notably, the launch of a smart registration platform ensures transparency and ease in selecting locations. Additionally, an interactive floor plan will allow participants to accurately view and inspect spaces before finalizing bookings. The system will also provide full flexibility in selecting the booth size according to the needs of each facility, adopting a priority-of-payment rule to confirm bookings fairly and immediately.The organizing committees indicated that the price per square meter, the general exhibition floor plan, and the official opening date for registration for companies wishing to participate will be announced at a later date
