Jeddah Hosts the Syrian Industries Expo "SYRIX 2026" Next August: 7 Strategic Tips for Companies to Ensure a Successful and Fruitful Participation

Under the auspices of the Syrian Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade, and supervised by the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Industry, the Damascus & Countryside Chamber of Industry, in cooperation with the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, the prominent Syrian Industries Expo "SYRIX Jeddah 2026" will kick off from August 17 to 20, 2026, at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events (JCEE).
This economic event serves as a strategic platform aiming to open new horizons for Syrian products in the Gulf markets and connect industrialists directly with prominent investors, importers, and traders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Within the framework of the ongoing preparations, the organizing committee announced that registration is available until June 30, 2026, emphasizing the importance of early preparation for companies wishing to transform their presence at the exhibition from mere "attendance" into "real results and tangible contracts."
The organizing committee has issued a strategic guide containing 7 golden tips for industrialists and companies to ensure the success of their participation:
  1. Clear Commercial Offer: By predefined and clear specification of the product, export price, and supply terms to shorten the negotiation time with the Saudi buyer.
  2. Precise Customer Targeting: Avoid addressing all visitors in the same way, and tailor marketing messages based on the nature of the customer (distributor, retailer, or investor).
  3. Professional Sales Materials: Provide a company profile, catalogs, and price quotations that are clear, concise, and translated into both Arabic and English.
  4. Active Sales Team: Being inside the booth requires personnel capable of negotiating and closing deals, rather than just providing general information.
  5. Accurate Visitor Data Collection: Consider every visitor as a potential business opportunity, and rely on digital tools to document data to ensure precise post-event follow-up.
  6. Exclusive Exhibition Offers: Devise price or logistical incentives that encourage decision-makers to sign contracts and agreements during the four days of the expo.
  7. Immediate Follow-up: Start communicating with prospective clients within the first 48 hours after the exhibition ends, as this critical timeframe determines the final outcome of the meetings.
The exhibition is expected to witness wide participation from major Syrian companies in the textile, food products, engineering, and chemical industries, enhancing the presence of the "Made in Syria" slogan in the vital Saudi and regional markets
