With the aim of transforming paper-based ideas and plans into real, organized economic entities, the Human Resources and Professional Development Center at the Damascus and Rural Damascus Chamber of Industry held a follow-up session for the global training program, "Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB)," which is offered free of charge in cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO).The program focuses on providing entrepreneurs with practical and systematic tools to evaluate their investment ideas, based on business plans, and to efficiently manage and develop projects in accordance with international standards.During the session, which was attended by Engineer Wafaa Abu Labdeh, a board member of the Chamber, she emphasized the vital importance of these global programs in refining youth skills and providing them with administrative and technical support. She also highlighted the Chamber's commitment to its pioneering role in empowering young talents and providing an incubating environment that ensures the sustainability of their projects to support the national economy.For their part, trainers Louay Nassar and Majd Mansour explained that the session was dedicated to following up on the participants' executive plans. The training relied on an ILO-approved booklet covering feasibility studies, comprehensive project descriptions, and operational and financial plans, aiming to provide the necessary technical consultations to ensure launching projects with minimal risks and maximum returns
